Sextoylux ships to all countries in the world. If your country can receive a package from DHL Express, then Sextoylux can ship products to you. However, for countries which do not included in our Free Shipping List, Sextoylux™ charges shipping fee based on quantity and weight of the items.

Sextoylux usually takes 1 day to prepare your order for shipping. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after you place your order. For overseas orders, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for deliver.

You can always track your order's status at MY ORDERS page.

I forgot my login email address. What should I do?

Please kindly Contact Us to obtain assistance. We will try our best to recover your lost login email address. In order to verify your identity, you will need to provide your real name and your mobile number that you registered to us.

How do I change my login email and password?

Click on the Head icon at the upper right corner of the siteClick on the "Head" icon at

to edit your account information

If you wish to change your login email address:

  • Click on the "Head" icon at the upper right corner of the site.
  • When you enter MY ORDERS page, click on the MY ACCOUNT tab.
  • You should see a input field with your email. Simply remedy your email address, then press the "Update" button to save your changes.

If you wish to change your account password:

  • Scroll to the bottom of MY ACCOUNT page
  • Now, you will see a "Change Password" column. Simply input your new password, then press the "Change" button to save your changes.

My credit card was denied during payment. What should I do?

In most circumstances, when a user inputs invalid information, the payment system returns the corresponding warning message. Please make sure you have entered your credit card numbers and information correctly. If you have further questions, kindly Contact Us and provide details of the error message that you are receiving. We will try our best to solve your problem.

How many days will it take for my items to arrive?

We ship all of our products via DHL Express. Depending on the destination, the shipping time varies from 1 week to 2 weeks. For destinations in United States and Canada, the transit time is normally 1 week. You can always track your order's status on the MY ORDERS page.

How do I check my order?

Once you have completed your order payment, you can start tracking your order's status on the MY ORDERS page. Simply click on the "Head" icon at the upper right corner of the site. You will enter MY ORDERS page, where you can obtain the latest shipping information regarding your orders.

How do I contact my order specialist?

You can contact your order specialist in four different ways. You can click on the My Specialist, My Orders or My Account links or use the Head icon on any page. To do this:

  • Click on the "Head" icon at the upper right corner of the page.
  • When you enter MY ORDERS page, scroll down to view your orders.
  • Click the button named "Message my specialist" below the status of your order.

How do I apply voucher code?
